A place on a program is held when you book it. Prices are confirmed with you before you book, and financing terms, where you use them, are between you and the finance provider.
Our programs are built around you being there with your dog, and they don't work if you aren't. Attendance requirements are confirmed with you before you book.
Your dog must be fully vaccinated, and you must tell us about any bite history before training starts. Where there's a bite risk, your dog wears a muzzle. Older dogs are welcome, but we need to be satisfied that no health or physical limitation would be aggravated by the work. We may decline a dog, before or during a program, where we believe it isn't safe or isn't in the dog's interest to continue.
Our intensive week carries a money-back guarantee: if your dog doesn't reach the end of the week settled in public around the other dogs on the program, we refund what you've paid. The guarantee is void if you miss days, if a bite history was not disclosed, if vaccination requirements aren't met, or if you decline the training approach agreed at the start.
Every dog and every owner is different. The reviews and case studies on this site describe those dogs' outcomes, not a prediction about yours. Training is ongoing work, and what your dog holds onto afterward depends on what you do with him.
You remain responsible for your dog and for his behavior throughout, including in public places. You should keep whatever insurance you'd normally hold for him.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of California.
