Privacy policy

What we collect

If you start an assessment, we collect your name, phone number, email address and what you tell us about your dog. If you call or email us, we keep that correspondence. That's it. We don't buy data about you from anybody else.

Why we have it

To talk to you about your dog, to run your training if you book it, and to support you afterward. If you've asked us to, we'll also send you occasional updates. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

Who else sees it

Our form and scheduling providers, our email provider, and our payment processor, each only to do the job they're there for. Yorkshire Canine Academy may see it for training and quality purposes. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anybody else.

Advertising

There is no advertising pixel on this website. We don't track you across other sites from here.

How long we keep it

Inquiries for two years. Client records for as long as we're supporting you and this dog, plus whatever we're required to keep for tax purposes.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email [email protected] and we'll do it. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete, and the same email address is how you exercise them. We don't sell personal information.

Text messages

If you give us your number on the assessment form you're agreeing to email and SMS from NorCal Canine Academy. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text to stop them.
